Making a Booking

Confirmation
Once you submit a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive this email.
Payment
Payment for bookings may be required in advance or upon arrival at the domaine, as specified in your confirmation. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7+ days before: Full refund
Cancellations 3-6 days before: 50% refund
Cancellations less than 3 days before: No refund
No-shows: No refund

Modifications
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 7 days before may not be possible.
Group Bookings and Events

5. Wine Purchases
Wine is not available for purchase through our website. All wine sales occur exclusively at Domaine de Beauvallon during your visit. Our team will be happy to assist you with wine selections and arrange shipping if needed.
